World Book Day happened to coincide with my birthday- serendipity some might say! What a treat it was to have the excuse to share stories as a result and to get dressed up too- not that I need any excuse for that!
What a joyful school Forevan was- filled with so many enthusiastic souls dressed up in incredible costumes from so many different books. Though a small School it was definitely the most engaged that I have read to in a long, long time.
There were so many aspiring authors in the children which makes my job feel all the more important and meaningful. There were even two goldfish to read to, Timothy and Bob. It was the very happiest way to spend a happy day and left me buzzing.
